Coastal Pediatrics will be joining the Care Team at 100 Professional Park Dr. on Singleton Ridge Road. We will continue to see our patients at 8030 Myrtle Trace Rd until November 30, 2023.
Dr. Sangtian and Dr. Lindsey are joining the Care Team and will be open for their patients on December 4, 2023. Medical records are confidential and protected by federal privacy and security regulations, and a Medical Record Release Form will need to be signed so we can transfer your child’s medical records to the Care Team office.
