James M. Lindsey Jr., M.D. graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine in 1970. He graduated from the Medical University of Charleston, South Carolina with a Doctor of Medicine in 1974. Dr. Lindsey also completed his residency and fellowship in Pediatrics at the Medical University of Charleston from 1974-1977. Dr. Lindsey is affiliated with Conway Medical Center and founded Coastal Pediatrics in April of 1981.
Dr. Lindsey has special interest in Medical Missions. He has been to Honduras, Belize, Africa and Haiti to assist in medical treatment of children. Dr. Lindsey is a Member of the South Carolina Medicaid Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee of Columbia, South Carolina, which he has served since 2005.
Dr. Lindsey is a native of South Carolina and moved with his wife Jeri to Conway South Carolina in 1977. He has three sons and five grandchildren. His hobbies are tennis, fishing and hunting.
